 * Applies to the continental U.S. only.  Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a shipping rate of $12.95 for all orders--both below and above $50.00. 
 
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders can take longer to ship due to sales, inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. Please check with us if your order hasn't shipped in the time specified. 
 
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier.
 
RETURN POLICY
We would love all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase but due to the nature of our products we currently do not accept returns. All sales are final.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we do not ship international. U.S orders only.
 
REFUNDS
Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds on purchases unless received damaged. We'll most likely replace any item badly damaged during shipping so please contact us if this is the case.
 
DAMAGED AND LOST SHIPMENT
We do not replace packages that are lost in the mail unless it's our fault (as in making  mistake on the address).. Nectar & Mane assumes no responsibility of lost items. We ship all packages to the address provided by the customer so we will take no responsibility if you have entered the incorrect address.

We ship via USPS or FEDEX. If your package is lost or rerouted, please contact USPS first with the tracking number we provide to you at the time your order is shipped. They would be better able to serve you in tracking your package as we only have the same information that is available to you. If you're having any issues with USPS please contact our customer care department for further assistance.

Please provide a secure delivery address for your packages. It is wise to have items shipped to a trusted neighbor, friend or relative's address if you feel that your packages will not be safe if left at your door.

Items that are damaged in the mail should be returned to Nectar & Mane within 10 business days of receipt for exchange.  Please contact our customer service for a RAN (return authorization number) before shipping your damaged products back. We do not cover the cost of shipping for damaged items. We will ship them back to you free of charge.
