Where are Nectar & Mane products made?
Our products are developed and produced in the United States.
Do you test on animals?
As a cruelty-free brand, Nectar & Mane does not incorporate animal testing into our development phase or at the production level. We do not provide authorization to any third parties to perform animal testing on our products.


What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelp life of 12-24 months.


Why is a product consistency, texture or scent different from the last one I purchased?
We used a high level of natural ingredients in our products. Natural ingredients aren't consistent and can look, smell and feel different. 


How can I get Nectar & Mane product samples?
Samples are provided through promotions. Please sign up for our newsletter to receive promotional emails. 

Are you black owned?
Yes, Nectar & Mane is product black owned.

What if I had an allergic reaction to one of your products?
Please discontinue use immediately. See a doctor if necessary. We recommend that you always do a patch test  before using any of our products.  We are not liable for allergic reactions from use of our products. 


What are my payment options?
We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery.
How do I know my order was successfully placed?
After an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details.  A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details.  
How can I cancel or change and order?
Please contact Customer Service at to cancel or change an order that hasn't been shipped. 




How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on weight and distance so it varies. Shipping on order over $60 is FREE.


Can redirect an already shipped package?
For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return. 

How will my order be shipped?
We ship order via standard shipping. Orders can take 1 to 10 business days after shipping to arrive depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Nectar & Mane only ships within the US. We do not ship overseas.


Do I have to pay sales tax?
We are required by law to collect sales tax to orders shipped to the state of New York.  Sales tax is calculated by order total.
